Frank A. Lombardi, Esq., a Principal at GSL and head of the firm’s Rhode Island office, has nearly 30 years of experience in community association law, civil litigation, transactional law, and real property and probate law.
An expert on community association law and a former court-appointed receiver for condominium associations, Lombardi handles a variety of association-related issues including but not limited to document drafting, covenant enforcement, assessment collection, construction defect litigation, contract negotiation, and association loans. He recently expanded the firm’s loan service offerings.
Lombardi helped in the passage of Rhode Island’s super lien law and won a significant case in Rhode Island’s Supreme Court. He is a frequent lecturer for the New England Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-NE) and authors a monthly column devoted to Rhode Island community association issues in Condo Media Magazine.
Lombardi serves as President-Elect of CAI-New England and a member of its Board of Directors. In addition, he is Co-Chairman of CAI-Rhode Island’s Legislative Action Committee and is a member of its Regional Committee.
