Goodman, Shapiro & Lombardi, LLC has relocated its Rhode Island office to 14 Breakneck Hill Road, Suite 203, Lincoln, RI, 02865. The firm was formerly located at 395 Smith St. in Providence, RI.
GSL’s Rhode Island branch, which serves hundreds of condominium associations, is expanding its services to assist real estate clients, including realtors and lendors, in securing loans and writing closing documents.
“Last year, our RI office and the entire firm experienced considerable growth, and we’re very excited to start this year with plans for further expansion of services and staff,” said Frank A. Lombardi, a principal at the law firm and head of the Rhode Island office. He said the new, Class A facilities, located in a 25,740 SF standalone building, provide excellent amenities and room to accommodate future growth.
The suburban location offers convenient access to Routes 146, 295, and 95, and is minutes from Providence.
