Robert S. Berger is a Senior Attorney in the Dedham Office of Goodman, Shapiro & Lombardi, LLC. A 1986 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Berger was admitted to practice in 1996 and has practiced in all courts of the Commonwealth as well as Federal District Court. He has over twenty years of litigation experience, including many years of in house defense counsel for a major national insurance company. An experienced arbitrator and mediator, he has served on the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association.

Bob’s concentration is in the area of condominium litigation and includes enforcement of covenants, rules, regulations and restrictions as well as construction defect litigation, lien enforcement and defense of mold cases. He also handles matters concerning insurance coverage issues. Attorney Berger is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) as well as the New England Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) where he is a member of several committees including the Attorneys Committee and Legislative Action Committee. He has also written for CAI’s publication, Condo Media. Prior to his legal career, Attorney Berger had extensive experience in the insurance industry as an underwriter for both standard and excess and surplus line companies as well as a specialty broker.
