Henry A. Goodman is a principal member of the firm of Goodman, Shapiro & Lombardi, L.L.C of
Dedham, Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island and is a member of the Massachusetts
federal and state bars. Henry is also a member of the Rhode Island Bar and a member
of the state bar of Florida.
A major portion of his law practice is devoted to condominium law, corporations,
general real estate matters and civil litigation of all types. He is currently serving
as a member of the Community Association Institute, Inc.’s (CAI’s) national Board of
Trustees, is chair elect of its Business Partner’s Council and is a member of the national
College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL). Henry is a founding member of the
New England Chapter of CAI and is currently a member of the Legislative Action Committee,
the Program Committee, having served as co-chair of the Committee and is a member of the
Attorney's Committee as well as the New England Chapter of CAI's Legislative Action
Committee and is a member of the Real Estate Bar (REBA). He is also a member of the Massachusetts
Bar and the Rhode Island Bar.
In the course of his career he has written many articles for publication on condominiums
and cooperatives and lectures at various seminars on topics related to real estate,
condominiums and cooperatives.
Attorney Henry A. Goodman, represents real estate developers, unit owners and is
counsel to hundreds of condominium associations. He is considered to be the first
attorney in Massachusetts to concentrate in the representation of condominium associations.
He has tried cases in the state and federal court and has argued appeals.
