Frank A. Lombardi, Esquire is a 1985 graduate of Boston College Law School and a
principal in the firm of Goodman, Shapiro & Lombardi, LLC. He has been practicing
law in Rhode Island for nearly 25 years with almost all of that time devoted to
Community Association Law, litigation and transactional law and heads up the Rhode
Island office of the firm. He handles all types of association related issues, including
but not limited to document drafting, covenant enforcement, assessment collection,
construction defect litigation, contract negotiation and association loans.
Mr. Lombardi is currently a co-chair of the Rhode Island Community Association Legislative
Action Committee and co-authored an amendment to the Condominium Act spearheading
that legislation to create the "Super Lien" for Rhode Island condominiums. A frequent
lecturer for the New England Chapter of Community Associations Institute, Attorney
Lombardi has also been a presenter at the Community Association Institute National
Law Seminar. He is the author of a monthly column devoted to Rhode Island community
association issues in Condo Media.
